Coloque um dedo de caldo, ervas, temperos e o corte de carne em um <strong>prato antiaderente<\/strong>. Com o forno em fogo baixo, deixe cozinhar por 30 ou 40 minutos e verifique o n\u00edvel do caldo com frequ\u00eancia, para n\u00e3o consumir.
